About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Element Solutions Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Greater China region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, business units, and strategic accounts to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the sales teams to generate sales leads, expand customer bases, and enter new markets.
  • Continuously develop and improve sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemicals, Mechanics, Electronics, or Material Science.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a commercial or technical role, with a proven track record of sales success and business growth.
  • Strong technical expertise in at least one of our product areas, including conformal coatings, encapsulation resins, or thermal materials.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
