Your Opportunity

The IT Support Coordination Specialist plays a crucial role in connecting and coordinating the management of Local IT functions to deliver IT support services and projects aligned with Sidel Group Strategy and compliant with Sidel Policy. This position serves as the primary contact for the designated country, providing functional oversight for the IT Support Technicians operating within that region.

Your Mission

Oversee Local IT functions to ensure effective delivery of IT support services and projects, adhering to Sidel strategy developed by the Global Team and in compliance with established policies. Serve as the local point of contact for technological infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and security of the telecommunications network. Facilitate the Global Team's maintenance of Global infrastructure while based in local facilities. Manage the lifecycle of IT fixed assets, ensuring proper utilization. Supervise IT contractors, in agreement with the IT Global Infra Team, to guarantee high-quality local IT support while adhering to global processes and standards. Actively participate in local project and service implementations in line with business needs. Enhance communication between Central and local IT teams. Relay local requests and requirements to Global BTO to ensure alignment with processes, standards, and centralized solutions. Oversee local IT budget forecasting, challenge requirements, and ensure compliance with cost-saving targets in collaboration with the Regional IT Manager. Support the deployment of Global IT solutions and projects at the local site. Manage software licenses in accordance with rules and regulations, adhering to global contracts where applicable. Contribute to compliance with Audit, Security, and Governance standards relevant to IT. Limit local IT activities to the scope of the Site and/or designated country. Responsible for defining and managing the IT budget for the Site, in collaboration with the Regional DT&T Manager. Accountable for local IT initiatives, keeping the Regional DT&T Manager informed. Act as the internal reference for external personnel working on Site IT-related matters. Responsible for generating Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders for the Site's IT requirements. Serve as the functional supervisor for the IT Support Technicians in the designated country.

Your Profile

Proficiency in English is essential. Understanding of IT Operations fundamentals, IT contracting, and IT Services. Familiarity with standard IT applications (Microsoft, SAP). Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Significant experience in project management and/or cross-functional coordination.
