Job Overview

Bosch is seeking a highly skilled Automation Developer to join our team. As an Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using diverse tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation solutions using various tools and technologies.
  • Implement and maintain automation systems to enhance operational efficiency and reduce human error.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, design solutions, and conduct testing.
  • Document processes and ensure ongoing maintenance of automation systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure Pipelines).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to document technical solutions clearly.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies.
  • Full stack software engineering capability (frontend and backend) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Selenium) is preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience in LLMs (especially prompting) is preferred.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English.
