Job Summary

Copeland is seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers in the automation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) procedures, including assembly, wiring, and commissioning of automation systems.
  • Install and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) automation systems at customer sites as needed.
  • Clearly understand service contract scope and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in close cooperation with the sales team and customers.
  • Search for technical solutions and resolve issues, involving technical experts from Europe if necessary.
  • Work independently to provide service support for Copeland products.
  • Manage customer quality issue claims and follow up to closure.
  • Provide training on Copeland products to customer staff.
  • Issue customer feedback reports and service reports.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of automation (PLC, NC, Vision, Sensor configuration, and parameter changes).
  • Excellent commissioning skills.
  • Good English language skills and fluency in Mandarin.
  • Ready to travel frequently to customer sites in China.
  • Familiarity with the corporate culture of European companies.
  • Working experience in the automation industry is an advantage.
