About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Housekeeping to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation and administration of the Housekeeping Department in the absence of the Director of Housekeeping.
  • Ensure the timely completion and posting of all schedules, monitoring staffing to ensure maximum service, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, in accordance with procedures set forth by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
  • Participate in the monitoring of cost management as it pertains to inventories, use of supplies, labor, and energy.
  • Maintain good communications with other departments.

Requirements:

  • Good oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in international luxury hotels.
