Job Overview:

Razer is seeking a highly skilled Social Community Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's reputation, managing communication channels effectively, and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on official social media accounts, with a focus on Weibo and WeChat.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, for our social media accounts.
  • Monitor and respond to user comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to inform future strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, especially on Weibo and WeChat.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and efficient communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media operations, specifically with Weibo and WeChat.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of external peripherals used in gaming, including keyboards, mice, headsets, and other gaming accessories.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on eSports, providing insights and recommendations for integrating eSports content into Social media initiatives.
