Social Media & Influence Marketing Manager for Orveda

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Social Media & Influence Marketing Manager for Orveda, your primary responsibility is to oversee Orveda's social media presence.

Main Focus Areas:

Strategic Development & Execution

  • Direct and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate branding objectives and guidelines.
  • Oversee influencer marketing initiatives for each campaign, collaborating with social agencies to craft tailored influencer briefs.

Social Media Management:

  • Administer brand-owned social platforms including WeChat, Weibo, Red, and Douyin, supported by a social agency.
  • Continuously analyze social media trends, market insights, and emerging platforms, utilizing social listening tools and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct regular reviews of social platform performance, focusing on audience engagement and follower growth.
  • Possess a solid understanding of social media metrics and industry benchmarks.
  • Exhibit strong copywriting skills to guide social agencies in drafting and proofreading social content, while fostering creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain an in-house network of influencers for skincare brands.

KOL Management:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the KOL/KOC landscape across various social platforms, developing effective KOL/KOC strategies.
  • Assess, select, and manage KOL/KOC partnerships in collaboration with social agencies.
  • Establish measurable standards for KOL/KOC performance to ensure the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate sustainable partnerships with paid social platforms, KOLs, and brand advocates within a holistic social marketing framework.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment on campaign plans, quality execution, and timely delivery.
  • Deeply understand KOL management tactics, driving traffic to sales channels through social/KOL activities, and evaluating effectiveness through measurable KPIs.

ARE YOU A COTY FIT?

As an experienced Social Media & Influence Marketing Manager, you thrive in a dynamic, diverse, and international environment. In addition, you possess:

  • Over 6 years of digital media experience with significant expertise in KOL/KOC and social media management.
  • Preferably, experience in the beauty industry, either in an agency or brand setting.
  • Experience managing social MCN agencies is a plus.
  • Practical experience in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Red, WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and Bilibili.
  • Additional experience in other digital media channels is advantageous but not mandatory, including EC media, digital display, search, and offline OOH.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
