KRDS is a prominent independent marketing agency specializing in digital and social media strategies across various platforms, including Sina Weibo, WeChat, Facebook, and Twitter. With a strong international footprint in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, we craft and execute comprehensive communication strategies tailored to our clients' needs.

To date, KRDS has successfully delivered over 800 campaigns across 15 countries for more than 250 clients, including renowned brands such as Peugeot, Danone, LVMH, Unilever, Nestlé, and L'Oréal.

Your Role

Located in a dynamic environment, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our creative team in Shanghai. As a Creative Copywriter, you will:

  • Develop and refine compelling and original copy based on creative briefs and timelines.
  • Strategically approach all marketing materials and channels while utilizing diverse writing techniques.
  • Draft, edit, and manage new business proposals and promotional content for the agency.
  • Present ideas and concepts internally and externally in a clear and professional manner.
  • Adhere to budget constraints during the creative development process.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Teams to ensure effective communication and manage expectations.
  • Assist in conceptualizing visual elements and user interface designs.
  • Work alongside Account teams to understand client brands and manage projects to enhance brand delivery.
  • Submit expense claims and timesheets promptly and accurately.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in Multimedia, Advertising, creative agencies, journalism, or a related field, showcasing your copywriting skills.
  • Experience in digital social marketing, particularly in creating content and campaigns for WeChat.
  • Proven professional writing experience in a creative or agency setting.
  • A keen interest in emerging platforms, along with a solid understanding and passion for social media and digital communications.
  • Knowledge of content development, browser capabilities, and technological constraints on the web.
  • Fluency in Chinese and strong proficiency in English.
  • Innovative and conceptual thinking abilities.
