Technical Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Service Specialist at Emerson, you will play a pivotal role in fully supporting the after-sales services and technical support for local clients. This involves collaborating with the Afag Service team to ensure seamless execution of FAT, including assembly, wiring, and commissioning. Your responsibilities will also include installation and SAT at customer sites if needed, clearly understanding service contract scope, identifying technical issues, and resolving them in close cooperation with the Afag sales team and customers.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need basic knowledge in automation, including PLC, NC, Vision, and Sensor configuration and parameter changes. Excellent commissioning skills and fluency in English and Mandarin are also essential. Additionally, you should be ready to travel frequently to customer sites in China and have a working experience in the automation industry as a plus.
