Job Overview

The Senior Culture Consultant is a strategic thought leader responsible for driving and shaping the organization's culture to align with its business objectives.

This role will be instrumental in designing and executing a comprehensive culture transformation plan that fosters a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic culture strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and vision.
  • Identify and define key cultural pillars that will drive business transformation.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive culture transformation plan, including leadership development, policy/process optimization, employee engagement programs, and people metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to define culture priorities and ensure alignment.
  • Conduct thorough culture assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support culture transformation initiatives.
  • Measure and track culture metrics to assess progress and ROI.
  • Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to leaders at all levels.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in culture and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in culture transformation, organizational development, or leadership development.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading culture initiatives in a complex, global organization.
  • Deep understanding of organizational culture, leadership, and change management principles.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

$120,000 - $150,000 per year.

The salary range may vary based on location and experience.
