Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Asia Protective Marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our Protective Packaging Solutions business unit, aligning objectives with the overall company goals to drive long-term success and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Protective Packaging Solutions business unit, aligning objectives with the overall company goals to drive long-term success and market leadership.
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities through market analysis, innovative product development, and strategic partnerships to expand market share and increase revenue streams.
  • Manage the strength of our market sales funnel, engaging closely with our Commercial teams to path the way for success.
  • Partner across teams & functions to drive execution, working closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, I&D and wider Marketing teams to understand business needs, prioritize initiatives to optimize the portfolio, and facilitate execution of strategies to improve profitability and grow the business.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of directly related work experience in a similar industry.
  • Existing market expertise in the industry or a proven ability to quickly learn.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and strategic market development in both mature and emerging markets, executing a vision and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Ability to think strategically as well as execute on a regional basis, with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • University Degree in a related discipline.
