Commercial Growth Specialist, NSR JP Team

As a Senior Seller Consultant with Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. Your primary objectives will be to analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and resolve seller blockers to enable sellers to succeed on the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
- Identify, recruit, cross-launch, and support sellers of various types to execute on aggressive growth plans.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners to provide consulting advice and grow their business.
- Coordinate and lead projects with cross-functional teams and deliver results with stakeholders.
- Work with teams worldwide to provide feedback on selling partner experience and drive product/program improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales or marketing work experience (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
