Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams and consult with renowned clients on digital transformation strategies.
- Win new customers, create customized offer packages, and conduct negotiations.
- Develop innovative business ideas, viable business models, and strategies, and further develop our consulting areas.
- Design new marketing concepts, monetization options, and optimize internal procedures and processes.
- Establish, manage, and develop the consulting team.
- Above-average degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Innovation.
- At least eight years of professional experience in Strategy, Digital, or E-Commerce, preferably in a management consultancy.
- Solid experience and enthusiasm in topics such as Digital Business Models, Corporate Strategy, Change Management, Transformation Management, (Agile) Organizational Development, Coaching, Multi-Channel, Customer Experience, Online Marketing, CRM, M-/E-Commerce, IT-Systems, IoT, and Connected Life.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and results orientation, as well as disciplinary leadership experience, excellent communication and assertiveness skills in English (C1-level). German is an advantage.
