Job Title: Senior PR Executive, UGG

The Senior PR Executive role is to support the line manager in achieving annual TPR KPIs for both retainer and campaign. This position requires independent work with PR agencies to communicate with key stakeholders in China, manage key media and KOL relations, and execute media seeding and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sample management, including daily tracking and quarterly review, as well as managing sample orders and receiving status.
  • Executing media seeding and tracing seeding results, maintaining good relationships with media, and working with internal teams to ensure smooth seeding processes.
  • Annual PR retainer activations, regular seeding, PR events, media previews, and media visits.
  • Industry competition analysis and providing insights for upcoming planning.
  • Assisting line managers with local campaign content creation and asset output follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with Retail and Social counterparts and other internal departments to support company initiatives.
Agency Management:
  • Monitoring PR agency retainer performance, controlling PR coverage quality and quantity with clear KPIs.
  • Cooperating with PR agencies to develop press releases, distribute them, and follow up to ensure maximum exposure.
  • Providing monthly and annual PR reports to share with global and internal teams.
  • Managing PR agencies to ensure good execution of campaign timelines, content development, and activity/event planning.
PR Content Creation:
  • Generating innovative PR content and exploring new channels for PR.
  • Localizing global campaign releases and assets to meet China media and KOL needs and drive brand buzz.
  • Leveraging local seasonal topics and hot issues to create brand/product/celebrity-related content and drive brand awareness.
  • Leveraging local talent to create brand/product-related content and drive brand awareness.
  • Controlling press release quality, distribution, and exposure.
  • Integrating PR and social resources with digital/social teams to maximize brand exposure.
Media and KOL Relations:
  • Developing long-term relationships with key media partners and Top KOLs in China.
  • Managing media seeding and birthday/holiday gifting to consolidate relationships with the brand.
  • Regularly visiting media and developing new relationships to expand PR exposure for UGG and increase PR value ROI.
  • Exploring potential opportunities with key media partners to enhance brand exposure.
Event Planning and Management:
  • Media event and KOL management, including event idea development, event briefs, media/KOL management, and third-party management and quality control.
  • Supporting retail marketing events, including celebrity, media, and third-party management.
  • Event on-site execution and quality control.
  • Assisting line managers in planning and executing brand events, collaborating with event agencies and third parties.
Administrative:
  • Managing POs and payments.
  • Preparing monthly A&P reports for TPR.
  • Following company vendor selection policies and managing vendor pitch processes.
