Job Title: In-store Animation Senior Executive

At Hermès, we are seeking a highly skilled In-store Animation Senior Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for working closely with the assistant manager to deliver in-store animation projects that meet the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to plan and execute events
  • Oversee project timelines, production, logistics, hospitality, and event management
  • Manage onsite execution and coordination for small-scale projects
  • Prepare daily documents, event closing files, and follow up on payments and POs
  • Communicate and manage vendors, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery
Requirements and Capabilities:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations, brand marketing, or event management in the retail prestige industry or leading event agencies
  • Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented spirit
  • Ability to travel frequently
