Job Overview

Your Role and Contributions
- Cultivate robust business relationships with key accounts to foster mutual growth and sustainable sales
- Identify and analyze key market segments to develop a pipeline for new account opportunities
- Formulate and revise annual and multi-year business strategies with top five key accounts
- Establish strategic partnerships with top five key accounts over a three-year period to ensure sustainable growth
- Continuously monitor competitive landscape and gather market intelligence
- Deliver compelling presentations to new key customers, showcasing our company culture, product value propositions, and tailored solutions
- Engage existing key customers with new product introductions and value propositions

Qualifications for Success

Essential Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree or higher in animal nutrition, animal science, or related fields, complemented by business management education in agriculture or animal husbandry
- Over 10 years of professional experience in sales or business development, with a minimum of 5 years in the animal nutrition and health sector, preferably with a leading industry player
- Proven success in building strong customer relationships and translating concepts into sustainable business growth
- Ability to identify market trends and customer needs, transforming them into actionable sales opportunities
- Proficient in engaging with various levels within customer organizations, from ownership to senior management
- Adaptable and open-minded, capable of managing diverse tasks and shifting focus as needed
- Strong conflict management skills
- Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and follow through independently
- Experience in organizing customer events, including international and domestic study tours, seminars, or innovation sessions
- Willingness to travel extensively, exceeding 60% of working time
- Proficient in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
