Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategic account plans, including commercial proposals and business strategies to meet annual objectives.
- Track and report on customer activities, focusing on sales performance against budget, challenges, achievements, and upcoming opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate potential business prospects, collaborating with Application & Technical Support to seize opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasts for each customer, aligning their requirements with our supply capabilities while optimizing inventory levels.
- Target and cultivate new customer relationships within the Nutrition sector, including Dairy, food supplements, and sports nutrition, in partnership with the Nutrition and Specialty Ingredients teams.
- Work alongside Sales Support Nutrition to manage contractual agreements and assess customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing position.
- Experience in life sciences, nutrition, or specialty food ingredients is preferred.
- A strong understanding of Nutrition, Life Sciences, and Chemistry, with a desire to develop technical expertise in nutrition ingredients.
- Proven skills in product development, project management, and negotiation.
- Technical knowledge of ingredients related to infant nutrition or supplements is an advantage.
