Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and implement strategic account plans, including commercial proposals and business strategies to meet annual objectives.
  2. Track and report on customer activities, focusing on sales performance against budget, challenges, achievements, and upcoming opportunities.
  3. Identify and evaluate potential business prospects, collaborating with Application & Technical Support to seize opportunities.
  4. Maintain accurate forecasts for each customer, aligning their requirements with our supply capabilities while optimizing inventory levels.
  5. Target and cultivate new customer relationships within the Nutrition sector, including Dairy, food supplements, and sports nutrition, in partnership with the Nutrition and Specialty Ingredients teams.
  6. Work alongside Sales Support Nutrition to manage contractual agreements and assess customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing position.
  2. Experience in life sciences, nutrition, or specialty food ingredients is preferred.
  3. A strong understanding of Nutrition, Life Sciences, and Chemistry, with a desire to develop technical expertise in nutrition ingredients.
  4. Proven skills in product development, project management, and negotiation.
  5. Technical knowledge of ingredients related to infant nutrition or supplements is an advantage.
