Job Description

As a Store Manager at & Other Stories, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, developing a high-performing team, and creating a positive and inclusive customer experience in your store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and monitor sales goals, plans, and budgets to optimize profit
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales through joint commercial and operational focus
  • Build strong knowledge and understanding of the market and customer to make local adaptations
  • Develop and train your team to ensure knowledge of all products, display guidelines, and merchandise information
  • Drive an organic customer service experience that is applicable to the local customer
  • Lead by example and coach staff in the moment to ensure customer service expectations
  • Promote loss prevention and safety through customer service
  • Secure all operational routines within the store
  • Manage, recruit, onboard, train, and develop the team, and oversee succession planning
  • Create a positive and motivating team environment and address Employee Relations concerns
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of senior store management experience, including leadership of a group
  • Inspirational and motivating leadership approach that makes you the natural core of the team
  • Strong fashion awareness and ability to work strategically, tactically, and operationally
  • Organized person with analytical abilities and ability to prioritize and plan ahead
  • Ability to communicate effectively with your team and management
  • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
