Job Overview

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to support the store's back of house operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, stockroom operations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders, ensuring accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized back of house area, adhering to Retail Operations and Standards.
  • Conduct quality control on all products and report any issues to the store lead.
  • Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance the client experience.
  • Ensure all stockroom equipment is functioning properly and report any concerns through the Ask service.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to customer service inquiries, and managing stationery and supermarket orders.
  • Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as requested by store management.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
