About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemistry Account Manager II to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a scientific field, such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a scientific or technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of Liquid Chromatography and Sample Preparation, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel within the designated territory, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
