Administrative Role at HSBC

HSBC is a leading global banking and financial services organisation with operations in 64 countries and territories. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Administrator - IBCN-COE-BUSINESS SERVICES.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify invoices and check requests.
  • Sort, code and match invoices.
  • Set invoices up for payment.
  • Enter and upload invoices into system.
  • Track expenses and process expense reports.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers, check runs and payments supporting to cashier.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Maintain vendor files.
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
  • Produce monthly reports.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits.
Requirements
  • University student.
  • Good knowledge of OA System related instruments/applications is preferable.
  • Good risk awareness and basic Domestic and International payment knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Flexible and responsible, fast learner, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Sound PC knowledge in Excel, PPT and MS Word.

Candidates with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above. Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
