Talent Analytics Lead, Business Transformation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Analytics Lead, Business Transformation to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and execute a long-term roadmap for people analytics, focusing on high-impact data and insights, influencing decisions through data visualization and persuasive storytelling to leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytical tools, intuitive dashboards, and comprehensive training programs to elevate decision-making within the organization.
  • Interpret statistical models that explain or predict outcomes related to hiring, productivity, engagement, retention, etc.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and stakeholders to understand people-related business challenges and gather relevant data to analyze, support actions whenever needed.
  • Manage regional and department reports, including but not limited to HR operations, talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, DEI, communications, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ progressive experience in people analytics or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in both written and oral English.
  • Above intermediate-level competency in SAP Success Factors/Workday, Power BI, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
