**Job Title:** Key Account Supervisor - OOH Channel Lead
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Supervisor to lead our OOH channel in Shanghai. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers, developing and executing sales plans, and providing leadership to the HQ channel leads team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the HQ channel leads team to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Regularly report sales performance, analyze sales data, and propose improvement measures to drive business growth.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in out-of-home channels and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and expression skills, with a spirit of entrepreneurship and teamwork.
