Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Xi'an, China. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for executing company and regional market development strategies, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market development strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide regular market updates to management.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and product complaints, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or marketing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Xi'an, China. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
