Job Summary

As a Regional Business Development Manager at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for growing and developing business in assigned markets and accounts by selling and executing planned territory initiatives. You will effectively coach frontline sales teams for improved execution and ensure compliance with company standards.

Main Responsibilities

Selling and Merchandising
  • Sell new products, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to key accounts and distributors.
  • Work with key customers and distributors to promote new products, in-store promotions, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with the 'Gold Merchandising Standard' (GMS) in your territory.
  • Identify and discuss potential accounts that can be made direct service from the distribution center.
  • Open new A&B stores to expand the sales footprint in your territory.
  • Escalate key account execution issues and non-compliance for support.

Coaching
  • Work with team members in the market to coach and provide one-on-one feedback.
  • Conduct effective weekly meetings with the team.
  • Hire and train new team members.

Qualifications

Key Capabilities/Competencies
  • 3-5 years of people leadership experience.
  • College degree or above.
  • Key account experience is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and professional selling skills.
  • Sales planning and time management.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Strong execution and team player.
  • Passion and quick learner.
  • Mandarin and English (preferred if you have English capability).
  • Good computer skills.
