Customer Business Development Territory Manager

Ferrero, a family-owned company with a global presence, is seeking a skilled professional to manage its business in a designated territory. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with distributors, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Main Responsibilities- Business Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and company objectives;
- Forecast and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement;
- Ensure effective execution of marketing and trade marketing activities;
- Monitor and control business results, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Distributor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they meet Ferrero's quality and service standards;
- Monitor distributor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions;
- Ensure distributors' warehouses meet quality requirements;
- Manage distributor stock levels and ensure availability and reliability of data.
- Team Management
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and individual evaluations;
- Build a talent pipeline to ensure future business success.
- College degree or above, with English proficiency;
- Relevant work experience in FMCG companies, with a focus on field sales and business management;
- Solid sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and excellent knowledge of offline business in the assigned district;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
