Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profit objectives in assigned sales territories through effective dealer management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales and marketing metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of documented technical sales and dealer management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and dealer management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
- Good working attitude, positive, proactive, and customer service-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in infection control.
- Leadership potential.
