Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Market Access Manager to join our team in Xi'an or Lanzhou. As a key member of our market access team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional market access and key account strategies to drive business growth and patient access to our medicines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional market access and key account strategies to drive business growth and patient access to our medicines.
  • Lead local reimbursement and hospital access execution for our medicines, engaging with provincial/city payers/healthcare authorities/key account customers to optimize NRDL execution.
  • Build strong connections with local healthcare commission and relevant government sectors, advocating for rare disease, children's health, and essential medicine-related policies.
  • Monitor pharmaceutical/healthcare and business operation-related policies, assessing risks/opportunities to the company's business operation.
  • Provide policy analysis and payer insight to support regional business decisions, working closely with other functions to deliver good business results and patient benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Good Mandarin and English for verbal and written communications
  • Clinical medicine or pharmacy preferred
  • 6+ years working experience in the healthcare industry, with solid background of market access and KAM roles
  • Solid experience with hospital listing and/or key account management
  • Advanced negotiation skill and a good influencer
  • Learning agility, accountable, pioneering, and ethical
  • Self-motivated and willing to work under high pressure
  • Result-driven, able to deliver in highly demanding environments and competitive markets
