Overview

The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager, wholesaler/eB2B/RCD role is designed to capture the evolving channel transformation trend and drive business growth through dedicated regional channel plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating Quarterly BU playbook plans into MU landing plans and cascading them to field sales teams.

Responsibilities

Support BU Channel Guidance and Plan Cascading and Landing

  • Translate Quarterly BU playbook plans into MU landing plans and cascade to field sales teams.
  • Responsible for PGSB Merchandising Standard cascading and execution improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication flow with field force on initiatives, final plans, and support.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication flow with BUTM on execution feedbacks and regional market feedbacks.

Support NPD/Packs Launch Plan in MU

  • Understand BUTM NPD/Packs plan and lead MU level cascading.
  • Own MU NPD/Pack forecast accuracy and early offtake reading.

Co-work with GTM Team about MU Initiated Distributor Plan and Landing

  • Explore regional distributor insight.
  • Develop regional-based distributor plan and track and review.

Support MU Initiated Channel Plan and Landing

  • Explore regional channel and shopper insight.
  • Develop regional-based channel plan in Small format and track and review.
Qualifications
  • University graduate or above, major in Marketing is a plus.
  • Understand business and frontline operations.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Ownership, agility, fast learning, fast iteration.
  • Motivation to learn about emerging trends and business model.
