Regional Channel Development Manager, e-Commerce

The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager, wholesaler/eB2B/RCD, is responsible for developing and implementing regional channel plans to drive business growth and increase market share. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable strategies and initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting Channel Guidance and Plan Execution
- Translate business unit (BU) playbook plans into market unit (MU) landing plans and cascade to field sales teams.
- Responsible for cascading and executing PepsiCo's merchandising standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication flow with field forces on initiatives, final plans, and support.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication flow with BU Trade Marketing on execution feedbacks and regional market feedbacks.
Supporting New Product Development and Launch Planning
- Understand BU NPD/Packs plans and lead MU-level cascading.
- Own MU NPD/Pack forecast accuracy and early offtake reading.
Collaborating with GTM Teams
- Explore regional distributor insights.
- Develop regional-based distributor plans and track and review.
Qualifications
- University graduate or above, major in marketing is a plus.
- Understand business and frontline operations.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Ownership, agility, fast learning, fast iteration.
- Motivation to learn about emerging trends and business models.
