Role Overview

The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager, wholesaler/eB2B/RCD, is responsible for developing and implementing regional channel plans to drive business growth and increase market share. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting Channel Guidance and Plan Execution

  • Translate business unit (BU) playbook plans into market unit (MU) landing plans and cascade to field sales teams.
  • Responsible for cascading and executing PepsiCo's merchandising standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication flow with field forces on initiatives, final plans, and support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication flow with BU Trade Marketing on execution feedbacks and regional market feedbacks.

Supporting New Product Development and Launch Planning

  • Understand BU NPD/Packs plans and lead MU-level cascading.
  • Own MU NPD/Pack forecast accuracy and early offtake reading.

Collaborating with GTM Teams

  • Explore regional distributor insights.
  • Develop regional-based distributor plans and track and review.

Qualifications

  • University graduate or above, major in marketing is a plus.
  • Understand business and frontline operations.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Ownership, agility, fast learning, fast iteration.
  • Motivation to learn about emerging trends and business models.
