The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager, Wholesale Channel will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and executing regional channel plans that meet the needs of our diverse and segmented channels. This role will be responsible for translating BU-level plans into MU-level plans, cascading and executing PGSB Merchandising Standards, and ensuring timely communication with field sales teams and BU teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate Quarterly BU playbook plans into MU-level plans and cascade to field sales teams.
• Responsible for PGSB Merchandising Standard cascading and execution improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication flow with field force on initiatives, final plans, and support.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication flow with BU teams on execution feedbacks and regional market feedbacks.
Support NPD/Packs Launch Plan in MU
• Understand BU teams' NPD/Packs plan and lead MU-level cascading.
• Own MU-level NPD/Pack forecast accuracy and early offtake reading.
Co-work with GTM Team on MU Initiated Distributor Plan and Landing
• Explore regional distributor insights.
• Develop regional-based distributor plans and track and review.
Support MU Initiated Channel Plan and Landing
• Explore regional channel and shopper insights.
• Develop regional-based channel plans in Small format and track and review.
Qualifications
• University graduate or above, major in Marketing is a plus.
• Understand business and frontline operations.
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Ownership, agility, fast learning, and fast iteration.
• Motivation to learn about emerging trends and business models.
