Job Summary:

The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and profit objectives in assigned sales territories. This will involve building and maintaining a network of dealers and sub-dealers, engaging with potential dealers, and developing them to market our products and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales and profit objectives in assigned sales territories through effective dealer management and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain a network of dealers and sub-dealers, and develop them to market our products and achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with potential dealers, assess their potential, and develop them to become successful dealers.
  • Provide timely reporting of weekly and monthly sales and marketing measurements.
  • Collaborate with the STERIS management team to develop ideas and programs to deal with changing market environments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of documented technical sales and dealer management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Prior regional sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • High energy level, high degree of interpersonal skills, and good sales track record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in infection control is preferred.
  • Leadership potential.
