Sales Territory Manager

Job Summary:The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and profit objectives in assigned sales territories. This will involve building and maintaining a network of dealers and sub-dealers, engaging with potential dealers, and developing them to market our products and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales and profit objectives in assigned sales territories through effective dealer management and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of dealers and sub-dealers, and develop them to market our products and achieve sales targets.
- Engage with potential dealers, assess their potential, and develop them to become successful dealers.
- Provide timely reporting of weekly and monthly sales and marketing measurements.
- Collaborate with the STERIS management team to develop ideas and programs to deal with changing market environments.
- Minimum three years of documented technical sales and dealer management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Prior regional sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and Mandarin Chinese.
- High energy level, high degree of interpersonal skills, and good sales track record.
- Experience in infection control is preferred.
- Leadership potential.
