Pfizer's marketing and market research teams are dedicated to positioning our product portfolio to meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers. Whether you're involved in marketing, planning, forecasting, or implementation, your contribution will be crucial in understanding patients' needs and market insights to create value that changes patients' lives.

What You Will Achieve

You will play a key role in providing marketing direction for Pfizer's diverse product portfolio. Your coordination skills will be essential in managing the marketing plan and launching programs to create demand for product lines. You will evaluate brand performance periodically and recommend product development or enhancement, as well as oversee the development of marketing materials. Your leadership skills will be valuable in providing direction to the sales force for activities such as advertising, public relations, and product strategy implementation to achieve product marketing objectives.

How You Will Achieve It

Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage your time to meet objectives, and plan resource requirements for projects across the division.

Lead the development of the business plan for in-market and pipeline products.

Manage strategy development and execution to maximize revenues.

Develop awareness campaigns, congress content in partnership with the Medical team.

Develop channel-specific customer segmentation and go-to-market models, Life-cycle Management plan for Brand or Portfolio.

Select best-fitting modules for local needs for campaign development.

Manage cross-functional brand leadership across Field Force, Account management, medical, legal, regulatory, etc.

Lead in-country cross-functional teams and work in collaboration with global cross-functional teams to coordinate activities to achieve brand objectives.

Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target.

Manage local agencies for trans-creation and validate brand-specific messages, design training.

Ensure customer and patient insights, as well as market issues, are well understood and processed into local and European business plans.

Drive market intelligence gathering initiatives for existing and new products by liaising with sales teams and market research agencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Clinical Medicine/Pharmacy/Biology/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical-related majors are preferred.

At least 5 years of working experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in managing revenues and costs is required.

Knowledge of Marketing Mix principles, business acumen, and marketing execution is a must-have.

Preferred demonstrated initiative, strong strategic, and leadership skills.

Track record of working collaboratively across functions.

Product management experience.

Fluent in written and spoken English is required.

Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, are a must-have.
