Key Responsibilities- Manage Amazon account operations, including listing editing, content optimization, and sales tracking;
- Stay up-to-date with platform policies and ensure compliance to maintain a healthy and stable account;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
- Research and implement effective marketing methods to improve product ranking and conversion rates;
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and develop a goal decomposition plan;
- Plan and execute product promotion activities, analyze results, and evaluate effectiveness;
- Handle customer inquiries, including pre-sale consultation, after-sale maintenance, and dispute resolution;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain healthy customer reviews;
- At least 2 years of experience in Amazon or Shopee account management or e-commerce operations;
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving product ranking;
- Strong English language skills, with a minimum of 6-level proficiency;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a decentralized team;
- Strong learning ability, execution skills, and logical thinking;
- Highly motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and emotional stability;
- Ability to work flexibly, with a focus on results-oriented work;
- Additional language skills are a plus;
