About the Role

As a Financial Services Representative at Informa Global Support, you will play a key role in managing the full-cycle accounts receivable process.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will review client contracts and applications to ensure alignment with our global standards.
  • Execute billing procedures and processes, including online billing submissions and accounts, vendor form requests, and insurance certification.
  • Monitor and reconcile deferred revenue accounts and perform month-end close processes.
  • Maintain quality control of order entry and ensure revenue recognition follows group policy.
  • Facilitate and assist in resolving requests from front-office colleagues, clients, management, and sales teams regarding client invoicing issues.
  • Support internal and external audits as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required based on business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • You hold qualifications in a business or finance-related discipline.
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in billing or accounts receivable, with a good understanding of all billings processes within your area.
  • You are proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, and knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written English, and fluency in any other Asian languages (e.g., Korean or Japanese) would be beneficial.
  • You possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
  • You have good time management skills, can remain approachable under pressure, and handle various tasks flexibly.
  • You can act with integrity, tact, diplomacy, and solve problems proactively.
