About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Shenyang. As a key member of our EBD team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  2. Build and lead a high-performing sales team to drive business growth
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and work closely with the compliance team to identify and address any potential issues

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, business)
