The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Job Description
This role involves achieving sales growth through maintaining existing portfolios, obtaining new business, and selling modernization and repairs. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, resolving inquiries in a timely manner, developing sales strategies, and using Otis' sales tools to track opportunities and forecast results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a business or technical degree, initial experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation, strong customer and service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of commitment and reliability. You must also be target-focused and able to work at pace in a demanding organization.
