Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned business professional to lead our Hydronic Systems operations in China.

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for setting the overall strategy and direction for our business unit, driving growth momentum, and ensuring alignment with global objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in China.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment across markets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position within the manufacturing or related industries.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of Chinese business culture and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
