Sales Director for Test Systems China

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Test Systems China division, focusing on Outside Sales/Commercial Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, Customer Service, Business Planning/Scheduling, Leadership, and Inside Sales.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the sales process for China customers, leveraging technology evaluation skills.
  • Collaborate with the ZF sales/engineering team in Germany as a key technical advisor and product advocate for complex automated test equipment and drive systems.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations, convey customer requirements to overseas product management, and represent the product to customers and at field events.
  • Manage trade show and marketing activities in collaboration with the business unit Communications and Marketing departments.
  • Lead a small business team, promoting staff growth and continuous process improvements.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of management experience in revenue generation, with a strong background in soft and hardware for electric drive.
  • MBA or Engineering degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, with a proven track record in sales for automation and drives solutions.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and research skills, with a good understanding of manufacturing operations and knowledge of test technology.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to build internal and external networks.
