About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Hyatt Corporation. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and conduct sales calls to achieve defined objectives.
  2. Conduct competitor research and maintain in-depth knowledge of our hotel's products and services.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and exposure for the hotel.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
  5. Utilize Hyatt's Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies to drive sales growth.
  6. Maintain a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features, and services.
  7. Systematically call on allocated accounts within assigned sectors and report findings and opportunities to the Sales Manager/Associate Director of Sales.
  8. Follow up on sales leads to identify prospects.
  9. Achieve monthly and annual personal targets and segment targets for room night production and room revenue.
  10. Prepare and distribute Events Orders to concerned departments in a timely manner.
  11. Assist Sales Managers with follow-up on all matters in their absence.
  12. Ensure services provided by the department are available and carried out according to defined standards with utmost efficiency, consistency, and courtesy.
