About the Role

Evonik offers a career opportunity as Global Business Development Manager for Aseptic Industry. With your expertise, you will be responsible for delivering annual budgets and maintaining product margins by focusing on key customers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the aseptic industry, particularly in dairy and beverage segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, OEMs, and distributors to acquire first-hand information about potential business opportunities.
  • Identify new applications and product development possibilities in the region, staying up-to-date with regulations and market trends.
  • Analyze competition and share market insights to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in trade shows and conduct trials at customer sites to promote business development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Food Science, preferably with an MBA.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the aseptic industry, with a focus on dairy and beverage customers.
  • Technical background and ability to troubleshoot issues with aseptic dairy and beverage customers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in written and oral English.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
