Job Overview

We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Portfolio Management Lead for the Greater China region to enhance the growth trajectory of our Nourish Business.

Your Contributions

  • Gain comprehensive insights into the Chinese market and macroeconomic trends to identify potential growth avenues and spearhead initiatives that resonate with our Nourish product lines, strengths, and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to establish and sustain thorough competitive intelligence regarding the market landscape, key players, and leading products.
  • Assist senior management in formulating recommendations for future business models or portfolio configurations.
  • Identify synergies across different categories within the Greater China region.
  • Encourage innovative thinking and challenge existing practices; act as a change agent and inspire others to embrace transformation; effectively manage the implementation of necessary changes.

Qualifications for Success

  • An MBA or equivalent business acumen with a focus in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline, accompanied by over 5 years of experience in the food industry in areas such as marketing, product management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong capabilities in strategic planning and analytical thinking are highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience in cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in managing intellectual property and integrating it into business strategies.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Adept at gathering information, analyzing data, and making informed decisions in uncertain environments.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives or championing new projects is advantageous.
