Sales and Marketing Manager

As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Hyatt Corporation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Conduct competitor research and maintain excellent product knowledge of the hotel
  • Systematically and efficiently call on allocated accounts within location and report findings and opportunities to the Associate Director of Sales
  • Pre-qualify and target prospects, utilizing Opera database and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies
  • Ensure a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales solicitation of telephone contact and written communications

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Opera database and sales software
