Job Title: Sales Director Skincare

At Coty, we are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director Skincare to lead our sales team in China. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive sales growth and profitability in the Chinese market.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the Chinese market.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and trade promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of sales experience in the skincare industry, with a strong background in sales management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in the Chinese market.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
