Position Overview

The role involves the following key responsibilities:

  1. Formulate a comprehensive engagement strategy for patients with obesity.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the patient experience and critical intervention points.
  • Generate valuable patient insights to enhance decision-making for engagement initiatives.

Project Management

- Oversee projects, activities, and campaigns related to patient engagement.

- Establish partnerships across social media platforms, digital key opinion leaders, and patient advocates to promote obesity awareness and education.

- Create educational content and implement campaigns aimed at informing patients with obesity, encouraging them to pursue medical treatment.

- Monitor performance metrics and refine campaign strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Advocacy and Education Initiatives

- Serve as the business lead for a digital education platform tailored for patients with obesity.

- Act as the primary contact for future digital support initiatives for patients.

Collaboration and Support

- Collaborate with various teams on projects as necessary, including participation in events focused on obesity.

Additional Responsibilities

- Undertake miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • A relevant bachelor's degree in fields such as Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration (Marketing, Digital, etc.).
  • 5-6 years of experience within the healthcare sector, including engagement with external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in patient-centered projects and familiarity with digital solutions is advantageous.
