Senior Sales Professional

Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets as a Senior Sales Professional at Infineon Technologies. This role involves identifying high-growth potential projects, acquiring resources, and maximizing design wins.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve team and individual business targets by leveraging market insights, customer relationships, and sales strategies.
  • Monitor Sales Activities: Track sales and demand creation activities, providing timely sales reporting and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing, application engineers, system engineers, and management to achieve defined targets and drive sales growth.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Establish strong and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in sales-related roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.
  • Skills: Familiarity with MNC internal working processes, timely written reporting, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and articulate business proposals.
  • Language: Fluent written and oral English for business.
