Job Overview

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and enhancing customer relationships. Your expertise will be essential in promoting our SMF Products, including LED, LPE, and other offerings, to ensure a comprehensive solution for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Engage in the sales of SMF Products and capture TPP business to strengthen our total solution portfolio.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster customer loyalty within your designated territory, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support.
  • Market Insights: Gather valuable marketing intelligence from frontline interactions and relay this information to management and the marketing team.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives and profitability targets.
  • Business Development: Continuously seek new business opportunities and generate leads to build a robust pipeline for future growth.
  • Project Management: Utilize forecasting tools to effectively manage ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Pipeline Oversight: Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting, order management, accounts receivable, and business development reporting to enhance profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners on sales and marketing efforts to drive business expansion.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in sales performance within the life sciences sector.
  • Strong skills in business development and key account management.
