Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to partner with China-based NA sellers and drive their business growth on Amazon NA marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of account management, digital advertising, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow NA sellers' businesses on Amazon NA, identifying opportunities and monitoring performance.
  • Work closely with NA sellers and the marketing team to achieve data quality standards and drive feature adoption rates.
  • Analyze sales trends and drivers, and develop recommendations to grow the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon NA marketplace business trends and competitor developments.
  • Deliver results-driven solutions and maintain a customer-obsessed mindset.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong relationship management skills within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts.
