Lead EU Seller Development Specialist, Amazon Shanghai

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Hangzhou Branch is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Lead EU Seller Development Specialist to join our team in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and success of European sellers on Amazon's European marketplaces.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales or account management experience, with a strong background in digital advertising and client-facing roles. They will also have experience with Excel and analyzing data to assess performance drivers.
In this role, the Lead EU Seller Development Specialist will work closely with European sellers to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize their presence on Amazon's European marketplaces. This includes recruiting and onboarding new sellers, working with them to grow their product selection and business, and driving feature adoption rates to enhance the customer experience.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring seller performance and product quality, providing coaching and guidance to sellers to ensure they meet Amazon's standards. Additionally, they will analyze data to understand sales trends and drivers, developing recommendations to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:

We offer a competitive salary of RMB 250,000 - 300,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
