Global Selling Account Manager Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our Global Selling team in China. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and developing a strong team of professionals who will support China-based Sellers enrolled in Amazon Paid Services.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to work with in-service sellers to grow their presence on Amazon and increase their business revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive seller growth and profitability.
- Fine-tuning processes to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Hiring and developing talent to build a high-performing team.
- Defining success criteria and understanding business needs of large sellers in an ever-changing environment.
- Contributing to the development of the Amazon paid service program roadmap and business strategy design.
In addition, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of client relationships to ensure a high standard of seller experience.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- 6+ years of client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
- PREFERRED: 3+ years of mentoring, leading, and coaching experience
Salary: RMB 200,000 - 300,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package.
